Shipping & Returns Policy
While checking out you'll be able to choose between the following shipping methods:
a) Standard Registered Shipping - Correos. It is an affordable registered mail service, which is tracked online and require a signature for delivery confirmation.
b) Expedited Shipping - MRW. It is a safer and faster delivery method which offers a more detailed online tracking service and also the best guaranties and shortest delivery times.
We ship to all countries of Europe, almost all countries of South and North America, and some countries of Asia. To know if your country is included in our shipping service at the moment, please click “Estimate Shipping Costs” button in the Shopping Cart page, and update the popping up window after choosing your country. The appearance of shipping costs estimation indicates that we can ship to your location.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated online and shown in the first step of checkout process, before your approving of the final purchase. You can also estimate shipping costs by clicking “Estimate Shipping Costs” button on the Shopping Cart page.
After receiving an order, shipping costs are manually checked. If for any reason additional shipping costs are incurred or there’s some error in the shipping costs calculation, we will contact you with the revised shipping costs for approval prior to shipment. We'll hold on your order until we receive your approval. We will never bill a shipping cost that is not approved by our customer first.
We have tried to offer affordable shipping to a wide range of locations worldwide. If you feel that the rates being quoted do not meet your expectations for any reason, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to discuss alternative shipping options.
Shipping, Dispatching and Delivery Times
We will make every attempt to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched from our location generally within 2-3 business days. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order within this time, you will be contacted by email and alternative arrangements will be made. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order within a satisfactory amount of time, you will have the option to cancel your order at no charge. Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipment details.
These are the estimated Shipping Times (time between the dispatch and delivery of the order) for each offered Shipping Method, expressed in business days:
Spain Europe Rest of the world
Standard Shipping - Correos 1-3 days 2-4 days 3-15 days
Expedited Shipping - MRW 1 day 1-2 days 1-3 days
The estimated Delivery Time will be Shipping Time plus Dispatching Time (2-3 business days as explained above). We shall make all possible efforts to meet estimated Delivery Times, but in any event we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising out of any failure to meet them.

All International shipments are dispatched with customs forms filled out. In any case you are responsible for all import duties and taxes on your order. These charges vary by country and are not something that we can calculate for you. The best way to determine what these charges are likely to be is to contact your local Customs Office.
We have a 5 kg weight limit for each order. If you need to order more weight, please split your order in several orders under this limit. Orders over 2 kg may be shipped in several parcels to allow lower shipping costs. In that case you will be informed in the shipping confirmation email.
Order's weights are approximate and may be given as an orientation.
Returns, Exchanges and Claims
We accept returns and exchanges within seven business days of delivery receipt, without statement of any reasons. We will refund the cost of returned product(s) always excluding shipment and bank costs. Please contact us for returning authorisation (see below).
We accept claims for damaged items within two business days of delivery receipt. We will full refund or replace damaged items without any additional cost for you. Please contact us for returning authorisation (see below).
We accept claims for wrong orders within 7 business days of delivery receipt. We will send you the correct order without any additional cost for you. Please contact us for returning authorisation (see below).
We accept claims for lost shipments or delays only 30 days after delivery estimation date (see table in "Shipping Times" section above). Please contact us to request for a full refund or reorder.
If we sent you a more expensive order than you ordered (for example a larger quantity of items), please notify us within 7 business days or you may be billed for the additional amount, even if you didn't order it.
All bank charges of any return are responsibility of the Customer, excepting those returns corresponding to defective, damaged, wrong or lost orders.
Before shipping a package back to us, please contact us for return authorisation. No package sending back will be processed for replacement, exchange or refund if no authorisation has been given.
For the returning process, you are responsible for all shipping costs of your return (except for damaged or wrong orders). Please make sure that pack properly and insure the package for its full value when you ship it back (we won’t be able to refund damaged products during the returning process, in that case you will have to claim to the shipping service). To avoid identification problems and a faster refund process, please include a copy of the delivery receipt and a copy of your original invoice (in any case make sure you include order number, your name and email), and send it to the following address:
